Ideal place for a getaway This was a dream come true- cozy, clean, welcoming feeling as I entered the rental. It was accurately described. I wish there were a place like this one near me in CA. I walked one block to Well Bred Cafe and the food was perfect. Unfortunately I forgot to use the credit coupon that was left. The owner was a delight to deal with.

Best family vacation spot so far, after 11 years! A great space for families of adults, little ones and dogs. We had separate areas for sleeping/relaxing and even food prep all surrounding great shared spaces for family meals and visiting. Plus the house is beautifully decorated. Loved the front and back porches - spent a LOT of time by that fire pit.

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in nearly all locations while house hunting this summer of 2025. Don was very accommodating and worked with us to meet our ever changing needs going above and beyond to give his time and thoughtful attention. Denise made sure all our accommodations were perfectly beautiful inside and out. Five stars just aren’t enough to express how pleased we have been with the whole Well Bred Luxury Lodging operation!!

We had the opportunity to stay at nearly all of the Well Bred Luxury Lodgings and continued to be more pleased and comfortable with each location. All are very well appointed and exuded comfort and charm. Don was exceptional in his time, attention and care in meeting our ever changing needs and Denise made each rental clean, inviting, more than accommodating and beautiful down to every detail! Well Bred Luxury Lodging should be your go to spot when staying in and around Weaverville and Asheville. Cannot highly recommend enough!!!

Fantastic stay! We rented the big house and one of the studio bedrooms. We absolutely loved the house. It was a great location, walking distance to downtown and many of the restaurants. The house was extremely comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There was also an additional powder room on the first floor. The beds are extremely comfortable, there were tons of extras provided, such as spices, cooking oil, and of course the delicious cookies! The hosts are so nice on the phone and via email. The communication was stellar. We would definitely stay here again. It's a wonderful home with a beautiful setting. It's great for large groups or you can rent one of the studio bedrooms if you don't need the extra space. Loved it!
