Pet Rental Guidelines for Asheville & Weaverville
We are pleased to offer a welcoming and pet-friendly vacation rental that is fully equipped and meticulously clean, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your furry companions. At Well-Bred Luxury Lodgings, we understand that pets are beloved family members, and we strive to accommodate them when possible. Most of our properties allow up to two pets, depending on their weight and size. However, we are willing to consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask pet owners to provide detailed information about their pets during booking, including breed, weight, and any special needs. Our team will review each request and work with you to find a suitable arrangement.

Registered service and ESA animals are welcome with prior certification documentation.
What We Provide:
- Food & water bowls
- Delicious cheddar dog treats from Well-Bred Bakery & Café.
- Clean pet towels to dry your pets if they get wet
- Pet blankets to cover couches or chairs when in use by your pets. Please be sure to spread one of these on the furniture as dog and cat hair on upholstery requires additional cleaning.
- Many of our rentals have attached fenced-in yards with pooper scoopers for dogs. In addition, we have several “doggy waste bag” dispensers on the property for your convenience and a poop scooper in pet yards.
Pet Policies:
- Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. However, if your pet usually sleeps with you, kindly bring your own bedding and notify us ahead of time. We can prepare the beds without linens upon request so you can snuggle with your furry friend!
- Please remember to bring your pet’s bed, as we do not provide them
- Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea treatments
- We kindly ask that pets remain quiet and not be left unattended. Crates are available, and we can recommend local doggie daycare services upon request.
- Pets must be leashed at all times while outside
Kindly remember that you are fully responsible for your pets during your stay. Any damage or extra cleaning, including excessive shedding, pet hair on beds or furniture, stains, and/or odors may incur additional charges.
